As a certified underwire-hater, I was ecstatic to try out the HoneyLove Cloud Embrace Bra, a wireless option with sweat-wicking material and side and back smoothing. And when I saw rave reviews all over the internet, I was even more excited.
But did it measure up in person?
I would say yes. But let’s get into the why.
Did I Like It?
In general, I have to say this one is a win. It provides great support without underwire and without digging, and the materials are soft and moisture-wicking, making it a great option for daily wear. The size options are pretty inclusive and it comes in 4 different colors. It also offers a great smoothing effect, disappearing under even my tightest top. At $74, the price is fair for the quality. But due to my personal anatomy, I find that it digs in in the armpit area, so it’s not my personal dream bra.

Fit and Sizing- Is It Sized Well/Size-Inclusive?
HoneyLove is pretty good when it comes to variety and size inclusivity. You can get the Cloud Embrace in band sizes from 30 to 44 and cup sizes from A to G. I don’t see many band sizes that small, and as a 32DD, I appreciate the option.
Now, as for fit being true to the traditional band/cup size, it’s pretty standard. Some brands are inconsistent, but this fits me well for the most part. This sizing makes sense and is consistent with the band and cup size of other brands I wear.
This is a full-coverage, maximum support bra with side and back smoothing. This means that it has a wider band and fuller cups and wings that come up on the sides, which is likely a pro for many. For me, it means it digs in a little in the armpit area. For others, I can see this eliminating that “bra bulge” that many experience in that part of their chest.
Support and Comfort: Does It Keep Them Up and Can I Stand Wearing It?

Support is a 10/10. I feel supported, I feel held, I feel even a little lifted. It’s secure without being too tight, which is especially impressive considering most wireless bras I’ve tried haven’t been able to do both.
As far as comfort, the wings were definitely a negative for me. Again, everyone’s body is different, so they could be great for you! But the digging into my pits took points off from the “comfort” aspect of this bra.
That aside, it’s comfortable everywhere else. My boobs didn’t feel strangled, the straps didn’t dig in, and the band wasn’t suffocating. I can definitely see myself wearing this bra all day without getting achy or annoyed.
If you have less breast tissue in your armpit area, the comfort will likely be a 10/10 for you.
The high-quality material it’s made from makes it super soft and comfortable. I say it all the time, but I’m sensitive to the texture of fabric on my skin, which makes any bra made with weird fabric a nightmare for me. This one didn’t leave me itchy or annoyed.
It’s also super breathable, with moisture-wicking material. I don’t know about you guys, but I always get the dreaded underboob sweat, and this mitigates that.
Shape and Appearance: How Does It Make Your Breasts Look Under Clothes?
My favorite part of this bra is the shape it gave me. It lifts with a good deal of padding, but the shape it gives my breasts is natural. It weirds me out when bras give me two perfect spheres, and this one finds the balance between perky and… eerily circular.
One of my favorite features of this bra is the smoothing band. Even in a well-fitting bra, you can experience some bra bulge in your back (you know what I’m talkin’ about) that just isn’t ideal. It also means the outline of your bra is even more visible, which can ruin an outfit.

The smoothing band is wider and thinner, with reinforcement on the sides that makes it both more flattering and more comfortable, providing a sort of “shapewear” effect for your upper back and armpit area. This also eliminates the appearance of bra lines under your top.
Style/Design/Color Options: Are There Options for Every Skin Tone, and Are There Cute Options?

It comes in 4 different solid colors (black, light tan, white, and pale pink, though they give these colors cuter names on their site) so there aren’t quite enough skin tone options for me to claim that it’s super inclusive.
There’s also just one design in this particular style, nothing with lace or crazy patterns, so don’t expect any cheetah print or crazy florals here. I would say it’s probably intended to be more of a practical bra that disappears under clothing rather than a decorative one, so it serves its purpose.
I would say this bra is designed for daily comfort instead of show, so just know what you’re getting with it and you’ll be satisfied. And if you do want something more flashy or fun, HoneyLove does have more variety, colors, and lacey styles in other bras to offer (check out their Crossover Bra in Lace).
Value: Is It Worth It for the Money?

$74 is pretty standard for a higher-quality bra. While I used to only spend $35 and would balk at this price at one point in my life, I’ve spent enough time with cheap, bad bras to appreciate the value and improvement to my quality of life that a better bra offers me.
The quality of this bra really does make it worth the price, in my opinion. The stitching seems solid, the material is a soft, comfortable, moisture-wicking variety, and it does a great job of smoothing out your armpit and upper back area to eliminate lines or bulging.
The bra is supportive and offers a good amount of lift without the use of underwire that digs in. It’s ideal for daily use, and other reviews seem to indicate that it will hold up over time, so I can see why the price is justifiable.
It also comes with an intimate washing bag that’s pretty high quality, so that adds to the value for me.
It is handwash only, but it came with that bag, so I’m personally going to be washing it in the machine with that and hope for the best.
For me, the quality, comfort, and general effectiveness of the Cloud Embrace make it worth every one of those $74.
Final Verdict: Will I Wear It Again?
I will definitely be wearing this again, but I will probably only wear it for a short amount of time due to the digging in my armpit area. Again, this will likely not be a problem for many other wearers, but for me, it’s a little bit too much discomfort to commit to it for daily wear.
I think this bra is a winner overall. It’s incredibly comfortable, fits well, gives good shape, and offers smoothing for a seamless look that won’t ruin any outfits, even with the tightest of shirts. The material is soft and breathable; a must for anything you’re planning on wearing most days.
If you want a full-coverage bra for daily wear, I’d definitely recommend this one, just see if it’s compatible with your specific anatomy.
